Oh My Soul by Maggie Jamieson
When thou hearest that Prayer,
in which All testifies; He has given up.
My soul shall surely rejoice amain,
and with such cost and glory.
You are beautiful because you understand,
what pleasures stream with such delight.
He said, you love me dearest daughter,
and when my Name is being addressed,
my Spirit hovering above watching everything.
And now, with fresh dew and wondering awe;
you may know I am proud indeed,
of that brave child and with each breath drawn,
you are surrounded by thy Father’s arms.
